Description

Please fill out this form to register your child for AWANA at Calvary Baptist Church. Our AWANA Program is designed for children ages 4 through 5th grade.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, with the limited space we have for our younger aged classes, we have made the decision to place a capacity on our 4 and 5 year old classes. With the capacity our teachers will be able to better spread out our clubbers and will be able to spend more time and attention teaching them. Our volunteers' children have received first choice on a spot. The spots are "first come-first served" so be sure to fill out your child(s) forms as soon as possible. As of now, we are not placing a capacity size on our Sparks (1st-2nd grades) and T&T (3rd-5th grades) classes as we have plenty of space to spread them out accordingly.
